Khan Abdul Jabbar Khan, popularly known as Dr. Khan Sahib, was born on 20 February 1882 in Hoti, Mardan, British India (now in Pakistan).
Khan Abdul Jabbar Khan was a prominent political leader in British India and later in Pakistan after the partition.
He was a member of the Indian National Congress and served as the Chief Minister of the North-West Frontier Province (now Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) in British India.
After the partition, he became a leader of the Pakistan Muslim League and continued to play an important role in Pakistani politics.
Khan Abdul Jabbar Khan is remembered for his contributions to the independence movement and his efforts to promote education and social welfare in the region.
He was also instrumental in the formation of educational institutions and infrastructure development in the North-West Frontier Province.
